Tell us your show title, performance dates, channel count, and venue type and we'll come back with a specific kit recommendation, a shipping quote, and a checkout link. No phone tag. No quote forms. What to include in your email
The more of this we have up front, the faster we can spec and ship.
- Show or event: title, genre, cast or speaker count.
- Dates: arrival needed, first rehearsal or dress, closing night.
- Channels: how many wireless mics live on stage at once.
- Venue: theatre, school gym, church, ballroom, outdoor.
- Shipping address and ZIP: for a firm ship-date and rate.
Urgent rentals
Need a kit in under 48 hours? Put URGENT in your subject line. We monitor that keyword 9am-9pm ET and respond within one hour during those windows. Overnight shipping is available for most of the continental US if you book by 2pm ET.
Response time
One business day during peak musical season (roughly October through May). Two business days off-season. If you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder first, then email again — we read every message.
