RentMicKits rents wireless microphone kits. We reference the names of musicals, plays, and other productions on our website so that drama teachers, sound designers, and producers can find the right kit for the show they’re running. We do not license, distribute, perform, or authorize any show content. All rights to the shows themselves belong to their respective copyright holders and licensors.

Trademark ownership

Every show title, character name, lyric, script, score, and production asset referenced anywhere on rentmickits.com is the property of its respective copyright holder. These include, without limitation:

Music Theatre International (MTI) — for shows licensed through MTI, including Matilda the Musical, Mean Girls (High School Version), Little Shop of Horrors, Fiddler on the Roof, Seussical, Into the Woods, Legally Blonde, The Addams Family, Frozen Jr., and many others
Disney Theatrical Group — for Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, and other Disney titles
Concord Theatricals (Rodgers & Hammerstein, Samuel French, Tams-Witmark) — for The Wizard of Oz, The SpongeBob Musical, Annie, and many others
Theatrical Rights Worldwide (TRW) — for Mamma Mia!, The Addams Family, and others
Dramatists Play Service — for many straight plays
Any other licensor or rights holder whose show we reference

Our use of show names

Our use of show titles is nominative and referential — we use them only to help customers identify which wireless mic kit is appropriate for their production. We do not claim ownership of any show, do not perform any show, and do not license any show content. Show names appear on our site solely as descriptive references so a drama teacher searching for “wireless mic rental for Matilda” can find the right MicKit.

No endorsement or affiliation

RentMicKits is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MTI, Disney Theatrical, Concord Theatricals, Theatrical Rights Worldwide, Dramatists Play Service, Samuel French, Tams-Witmark, or any other show licensor or production company. Any resemblance of our site structure, naming, or copy to a licensor’s own materials is coincidental and unintentional.

Our own content

All original content on rentmickits.com — product photography, catalog descriptions, pricing, guide articles, city landing pages, and the RentMicKits brand itself (including the RentMicKits name, MicKit product line names, and tagline “The easy way to rent wireless mics”) — is © 2026 RentMicKits, LLC (pending formation). All rights reserved.

Takedown and corrections

If you are a rights holder and believe any content on rentmickits.com misrepresents your show, infringes on your trademark, or should be removed, contact us immediately at hello@rentmickits.com. Include:

The specific URL(s) on rentmickits.com at issue
A description of the trademark or copyright you’re asserting
Your contact information and relationship to the rights holder

We respond within 1 business day and will remove or correct content as necessary.

Safe harbor

RentMicKits maintains a DMCA safe-harbor policy for user-generated content. We do not currently accept user-generated content on the site, so this provision is reserved for future use.
